This certification combines three powerhouse courses:

• Strategic Human Resources Management (MBA 602): Explore the evolving role of HR through the Ulrich HR Competency Model and learn how to position HR as a valued, strategic partner. • Recruitment and Selection for Organizational Excellence (MBA 631): Master advanced talent acquisition strategies using data analytics, recruitment technology, and employer branding. Learn how to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline that supports long-term business growth.
• Talent Management and Development (MBA 641): Develop cutting-edge learning and development systems that boost employee engagement, retention, and leadership potential. Explore onboarding, succession planning, and digital learning platforms to align workforce development with organizational goals.

This certification can be completed on its own or count as three of the ten courses required toward your MBA.

Admission Requirements

If you are a current BPU undergraduate student or BPU alumni, please contact Graduate Admissions to discuss your requirements.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following admission requirements:

1. A completed application - 
2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred)
3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: "Why a Finance & Investment Strategies Certification is important to my personal and professional goals"
4. A current resume
5. Two recommendations -
