This graduate-level certification includes three dynamic courses:

• AI-Powered Innovation & Management Strategies (MBA 622): Learn how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making, and competitive strategy across industries. Explore real-world applications of AI in business operations, product development, and team management—while addressing ethical and practical challenges in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
• AI-Powered Healthcare Administration Strategies (HCA 624): Dive into how AI is revolutionizing healthcare administration, from predictive analytics and workflow automation to regulatory compliance and data security. Gain insight into how AI can enhance efficiency, improve outcomes, and support smarter strategic planning in healthcare organizations.
• AI-Powered Marketing Strategies (MBA 623): Discover how AI transforms marketing through enhanced consumer insights, personalization, automation, and analytics. Learn to apply tools like chatbots, recommendation engines, and programmatic advertising to build impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Whether you're in business, healthcare, or marketing, this certification prepares you to lead digital transformation through AI innovation.

This certification can be completed on its own or count as three of the ten courses required toward your MBA.

Admission Requirements

If you are a current BPU undergraduate student or BPU alumni, please contact Graduate Admissions to discuss your requirements.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following admission requirements:

1. A completed application - 
2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred)
3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: "Why an AI-Driven Innovation & Management Strategies Certification is important to my personal and professional goals"
4. A current resume
5. Two recommendations -
